13 The name of the second river is Gihon. It is the same river that winds through the whole land of Cush.[a] 14 The name of the third river is Tigris. This is the one which flows along the east side of Assyria. The fourth river is the Euphrates.

15 The Lord God took the man and settled him in the Garden of Eden to work it and to take care of it.
